Chas will use his 18 years of hands on experience and an exciting assortment of case studies to help the attendees to understand what technologies are available in this field, when to request this type of service for their project, what technologies are likely to be suggested and how to use the information provided. Project types will include advanced structural assessments of buildings (Old and new), leak detection services, construction arrangement and conditions assessments of both modern and historic buildings, use of laser scanning and photogrammetry and its combined use with technologies such as Impulse radar, metal detection, infrared thermal imaging, Ultrasonics, impact echo and other inspection techniques.
