Originally built in 1958 as a prototype for the Aluminum Company of America, this remarkable residence was created as a forward-thinking prototype celebrating innovative materials and open-concept design. Rich redwood walls and ceilings are beautifully paired with vibrant textured aluminum panels, while two sides of the home are wrapped in expansive sliding glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the interior with natural light. The result is a striking mid-century modern retreat featuring a dramatic fireplace, generous entertaining spaces, an expansive deck, breezeway connection, and a private courtyard. The oversized, fully fenced yard adds both privacy and flexibility for outdoor living, pets, or gardening while complementing the home’s classic indoor-outdoor design. Designed by renowned modernist architect Charles M.
